Under Part 7 of the Liquor Licencing Act 1997 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalties Apply)

Subject to the provisions of the Liqor Licencing Act 1997

Alcohol and Gift Baskets containing alcohol may only be purchased and       delivered to persons over the age of 18 years.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made 48 hours prior to  despatch.
Every effort is made to have stock available of all items but in certain circumstances items may not be available.
If we can not supply an item we will replace the product with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Deliveries are made by Australia Post during normal business hours with dispatches being made from Birdwood on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Perishables such as cheese can not be included in Gift Baskets unless special arrangements have been made.
